Servicing Endoscopes and Instruments Since 1989Over 30 years ago we started with a small independent service company that focused primarily on surgical instrument repairs. We quickly realized the need for a reliable endoscope repair division and set our goals on formal training and accessing the most reputable endoscope parts manufacturers.
Once this was done, we grew from a small local repair company to a nationwide company. Our reputation brought on the big fish who purchased us. That big fish was subsequently purchased by an even larger fish. Through the changes we noticed the emphases was on volume and profit not quality and integrity. This triggered our idea to leave the big corporations and bring back the quality, customer service, reliability and integrity this industry requires. It has been studied that the length of time a surgery is, is directly affected by the condition of the instruments and endoscopes.
The instruments and endoscopes kept in optimal condition means a shorter surgery time which translates to a shorter recovery time for the patient. Bottom line, the patient is our top priority.
Which brings us to our latest venture, Automated External Defibrillators, or AED’s. Sudden cardiac death is the largest cause of natural death in the United States, causing about 325,000 adult deaths each year. It can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere and at any age. An AED is the only effective treatment for restoring a regular heart rhythm during sudden cardiac arrest and is an easy to operate tool for someone with no medical background. According to the American Red Cross for every minute defibrillation is delayed the chance of survival is reduced approximately 10%. With that said, we now offer top of the line AED’s at an affordable price so everyone could be within minutes of this life-saving device.

Our Rigid Endoscope Technicians have over 28 years of experience. We continue to update our testing equipment and knowledge to properly repair all your scopes to OEM specifications. Each scope undergoes a 20 point inspection before and after repairs. We only use new, high-grade German optics and replacement components that meet or exceed the OEM standards.
